TIME:17-12-2018 SIZE

Instructions on assembling and disassembling of truck / passenger car tire

I. Manual disassembling steps of tubed tire

1. Place the tire on the ground, let the valve upward, and remove the valve cap and the core to complete deflating the inner tube;

2. Use the impact bar to strike along the bead toe to make the toe fall off;

3. Use a special removal tool to catch the retainer and the other end to catch the rim bolt hole;

4. Insert the retainer removal bar, remove the end of the retainer, and pull the retainer out by hand;

5. Pay attention to the valve during the disassembling process to prevent damage to the valve;

6. Find a small steel ring, forcefully press the tire to the small steel ring, so that the rim is easily separated from the tire;

7. Remove the inner tube and the flap and place the components properly.

II. Manual installation steps of tubed tire

1. Select the appropriate rim and tire, pay attention to their sizes, and clean the rim (note: foreign matter or rust on rim flange is likely to cause air leakage and damage to the bead);

2. Lay the rim on the ground, make the installation retainer face up, and apply the lubricant;

3. Make sure that the inside of the tire is dry and free of dust or fine sand and the valve is installed correctly, and evenly apply talcum powder to the inside of the tire;

4. Tighten the screws of inner tube valve with a wrench;

5. Carefully spread the inner tube, clean it, and fold the valve upwards and put it into the tire;

6. Remove the valve core with the valve core key, and properly inflate the inner tube to ensure that the periphery of the tire is fully unfolded, which is convenient for installing the flap;

7. Evenly apply talcum power to the flap to prevent the inner tube from the flap during use;

8. Carefully install the flap and make it flat and wrinkle-free;

9. Make the inner tube valve face upwards, put the tire obliquely on the rim, and place the valve in the rim valve slot;

10. Combine the tire with the rim with the help of the crowbar, and press the retainer clamp ring on the rim tightly from the clamp ring interface;

11. Place the tire in a safety cage to inflate;

12. Securely install the valve with the special key of the valve core;

13. Use a watering can to spray water to the valve kit, the rim flange and the bead joint to inspect their airtightness, and finally put the valve cap back into the tire valve and confirm it is screwed tightly;

14. Clean the water and lubricant on the entire wheel.

Tips:

1. It is forbidden to operate the tire when the air pressure is not completely discharged;

2. Press the pressing ring with the foot to prevent it from bouncing and causing accidental injure; if there are multiple steel pressing rings installed at the same time, put them in order to prevent the pressing rings from being confused with the wheel hub.

III. Manual disassembling steps of tubeless tire

1. Place the tire on the ground smoothly and completely deflate it;

2. Separate the rim from the bead toe with an impact rod;

3. Apply a special lubricant evenly to the bead toe and the rim base;

4. Place the components of disassembly kit on the bead toe and push it in with the rubber palm;

5. The component clamp should be fully inserted into the inside of the toe;

6. Insert the toothed end of the professional crowbar into the component hole, only need to seize up one tooth slot, the operator will pry the component at the other end, and then seize up the tooth slot one by one and repeatedly pry the components;

7. Finally, make the tire rim completely separated at one end;

8. Stand the tire upright and insert another special crowbar into the un-separated end from the separated end;

9. Hold the crowbar with both hands and the tire will fall in the direction of the operator, so that the tire rim can be completely separated.

IV. Manual installation steps of tubeless tire

1. Keep the site clean and tidy before installation, and match and clean the components such as tire rim; if the tubeless tire is installed, the sealing ring of the valve should be replaced;

2. Lubricate the bead toe with a professional lubricant;

3. Lubricate the rim base with a professional lubricant, and keep the rim tidy and clean;

4. Place the rim on the ground, let the valve upward, and tighten the screws on the valve;

5. At the other end of the straight line of the valve, and obliquely place the tire on the rim;

6. Use a special crowbar to gradually make the bead toe inserted into the rim; if it is difficult, the operator can stand on the tire and insert it in sections, and too large spacing will cause difficulties in installation;

7. Insert the snap-in pliers into the connection of the bead toe and the rim, tighten it at one end, and use a special crowbar to gradually insert the bead toe into the rim, and remove the snap-in pliers;

8. Remove the snap-in pliers after all bead toes are inserted;

9. After the installation is completed, the pre-inflation does not exceed 1.5bar, and finally the tire is inflated in the explosion-proof cage. During the inflation process, the personnel should be 3 meters away. After the inflation is completed, it is necessary to close the ball valve of the inflation extension rod, inspect the internal pressure of the tire, and mount back the valve core into the valve;

10. Roll the tire out of the explosion-proof cage, lightly coat the edges of the valve and the rim with soapy water, check for leaks, then install the valve cap, and clean the tires and the site.

Tips:

1. It is forbidden to operate the tire when the air pressure is not completely discharged;

2. Check the rim for cracks or deformation, and if it is found to be abnormal, replace it in time;

3. Use a safety cage for inflation and maintain a distance of at least 2 meters, and inflate the tire in strict accordance with the tire pressure standard.
