In 1977, Guizhou Tyre Factory built an OTR tire workshop with a production capacity of 6,000 sets/year.

In 1977, the successful research and development of 18.00-25 OTR tire by Guizhou Tyre Factory opened the prelude to the production of large tires in Guizhou Tyre Factory.

In October, Guizhou Tyre Factory exposed and criticized the crimes of Lin Biao and Jiang Qing Counter-Revolutionary Cliques within the scope of the whole factory to eliminate their pernicious influence.

In 1976, Guizhou Tyre Factory added 240 square meters of ancillary workshops and 300 square meters of power houses to meet the needs of OTR tire production and development.

On May 20, Guizhou Tyre Factory carried out the leadership team adjustment: Wang Hongsheng served as the party secretary, Huang Shi'an as the first deputy secretary and the director of the Revolutionary Committee, Liu Haigen as the deputy secretary, and Fu Qiyan as the deputy director of the Revolutionary Committee.

In December, the infrastructure of the large tire workshop of Guizhou Tyre Factory was completed.

On July 3, the Provincial Revolutionary Committee approved the establishment of Guizhou Rubber Industry Company with the "(74) QTZ No. 2" Document, and Guizhou Tyre Factory was under the leadership of the company.

In 1974, Comrade Chen Ruian of our factory was elected as the representative of the Fourth National People's Congress.

On November 8, the Guizhou Provincial Revolutionary Committee approved that Huang Shi'an was appointed as the standing committee member of the party committee and the deputy director of the Revolutionary Committee of Guizhou Tyre Factory.

On June 12, the Guizhou Provincial Revolutionary Committee, the Provincial Left-wing Leader Group, and the Provincial Military Region approved Wang Weide, Li Qi, Xiong Junde and Zheng Youhu to participate in the Revolutionary Committee of Guizhou Tyre Factory as the military representative, with Wang Weide serving as the director of the Revolutionary Committee, Li Qi and Xiong Junde as the deputy director, and Zheng Youhu as the standing committee member.

In June, the Ministry of Fuel and Chemical Industries approved that the total investment in the infrastructure construction of the large tire workshop of Guizhou Tyre Factory was RMB 1.17 million and the production was adjusted to 6,000 sets from 4,500 sets with the “(71) RSBZ No. 10” Document.

On June 21, the civil works of the large tire workshop of Guizhou Tyre Factory was commenced.

On August 7, the Leading Group of the Production Headquarter of the Guizhou Provincial Revolutionary Committee decided to cancel the Guizhou Rubber General Factory.

On December 5, the party's core group of Guizhou Tyre Factory decided on the enlarged conference to appoint Wang Hongsheng as the deputy director and production team leader of the Revolutionary Committee of Guizhou Tyre Factory, Huang Shi'an as the standing committee member and the administrative team head of the Revolutionary Committee, and Hu Zhen as the standing committee member of the Revolutionary Committee to take charge of educational work.

On December 18, the first congress of CPC members of Guizhou Tyre Factory was held, and the party committee was established through election with Wang Weide as the secretary and Zhang Zupei and Wang Hongsheng as the deputy secretaries.

On January 12, the Revolutionary Committee of Guizhou Tyre Factory was adjusted, Zhang Zupei served as the first deputy director of the Committee, Liu Haigen and Zhang Xingguo as deputy director, and Wang Weide (military representative) as the party's core group leader.

On June 25, the persons of two camps in Guizhou Tyre Factory resorted to violence in the factory area, and four employees were killed and the production was forced to stop.

n 1967, China Rubber Industry Corporation approved the construction of the large tire workshop of Guizhou Tyre Factory with the "(67) ZXJZ No. 511" Document, with a designed capability of 4,500 sets per year. Due to the influence of the Great Cultural Revolution, the project was not implemented.

On July 1, 1966, China Rubber Industry Corporation approved the rename of Guizhou Rubber Factory to Guizhou Tyre Factory with the “(66) ZXBZ No. 543” Document.

On September 17, at the beginning of the Great Cultural Revolution, the Cultural Revolution Committee of Guizhou Tyre Factory was established.

In 1966, Guizhou Tyre Factory reached an annual production capacity of 300,000 sets of tires and 24,000 pieces of retreaded tires.

On January 10, Guizhou Rubber Factory was placed under the management of China Rubber Industry Corporation of the Ministry of Chemical Industry.

On March 10, Guizhou Rubber General Factory was established, and Guizhou Rubber Factory was under the leadership of the General Factory.

On April 10, the inland relocation and expansion project was officially started.

On August 17, Zhang Zhen, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, and his party inspected Guizhou Rubber Factory.

On December 21, Guizhou Rubber General Factory decided to rename Guizhou Rubber Factory as Guizhou Tyre Factory, and relocated the original rubber parts workshop and divided into Guizhou Rubber Products Factory.

In 1965, more than 700 employees and some equipment of Shanghai Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory were relocated to Guiyang, to expand Guizhou Rubber Factory and install 187 sets of mechanical and electrical equipment.

On November 2, the State Development Planning Commission approved the partial inland relocation of the Shanghai Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory with the “(64) JJZ No. 2694” Document, specifically moved out 200,000 sets of ordinary tire equipment and personnel to the Guizhou Rubber Factory.

On December 8, Wang Hongsheng, the Deputy Director of Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory, led seven engineers and technicians to the Guizhou Rubber Factory for the survey and design on factory expansion.

From the beginning of December to the next February, Shanghai Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory appointed 43 staff including Huang Wenhua, Ding Shixiang and Dong Ruiyuan as the "vanguard team" to Guizhou Rubber Factory to assist in the design, equipment installation and inland relocation.

On September 15, according to the requirements of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Guizhou Rubber Factory formulated an even-up plan, and gradually carried out the construction of the technical renovation project. The production capacity was expected to reach 100,000 sets per year by 1965.

On December 8, in order to solve the problem of production and domestic water supply, a small water pumping station was constructed at Jinzhong Bridge for Guizhou Rubber Factory.

On May 4, according to the “Arrangement on Collaboration between New and Old Factories” of the Rubber Division of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, Guizhou Rubber Factory signed a cooperation program with Shanghai Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory to organize cadres and workers to study and practice at Ta Chung Hua Rubber Factory.

In December, the state adjusted its national economic plan, the investment in infrastructure of Guizhou Rubber Factory was reduced, and the infrastructure project was temporarily suspended.

At the beginning of 1960, the construction of Guizhou Rubber Factory was basically completed, and it proceeded for acceptance. Mawangmiao old factory was relocated into Jinguan new factory.

On April 22, Guizhou Rubber Factory held the first congress of workers and staff, elected the first trade union committee with Zhou Zeji serving as the chairman and Lei Zhiming as the vice chairman.

In June, the state was inflicted by severe natural disasters, the superiors decided to stop the production of new tires, and reduce the production of retreaded tires and accessories. The staff and workers were reduced by 30% and the infrastructure project was suspended.

On July 22, Guizhou Rubber Factory held the first congress of the Communist Youth League, elected and formed the first Youth League Committee with Lai Zhouwen serving as the secretary and Liu Shiying as the deputy secretary.

At the end of July 1959, Guizhou Rubber Factory completed the construction of all production workshops and auxiliary workshops, 42 meters stack, 50 tons water tower, and the total investment of infrastructure was RMB 6.62 million.

On October 5 and December 12, Guizhou Provincial Governor Zhou Lin and Guiyang Municipal Party Committee Secretary Wu Jiamo visited Guizhou Rubber Factory twice.

On April 2, 1958, the Ministry of Chemical Industry approved the establishment of the Guizhou Rubber Factory with the "(58) HXZ No. 167" Document. The designed capacity of the Factory was to produce 1.5 million sets of small-sized tires and 500,000 sets of hand cart tires.

On April 7, 1958, the construction project of Guizhou Rubber Factory was commenced.

On May 1, 1958, Guizhou Rubber Factory successfully produced the first 7.50-16 automobile wheel tire, ending the history that Guizhou could not produce new tires, and creating a new era of tire production in Guizhou.

On May 29, 1958, a major casualty accident occurred in the blasting procedure made on the infrastructure project site of Guizhou Rubber Factory, killing 7 persons and injuring more than 200 persons.

On October 26, 1958, the CPC Party Leadership Group of the Guizhou Provincial Transportation Department decided to establish the CPC Committee of Guizhou Rubber Factory, with Wang Qingyun as the secretary of the CPC Committee, and Cui Jianye as the deputy secretary of the CPC Committee, and the Guizhou Provincial Transportation Department appointed Huang Shi'an, Hou Bangzhi, and Kang Jian as the vice factory directors of Guizhou Rubber Factory.

On December 23, the fourth party member congress of Guizhou Tyre Factory was held to elect a new party committee and a new discipline inspection committee. On September 14, Zhu Jiazhen, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Labor, accompanied by Xue Lingkang, the Deputy Director of the Provincial Chemical Industry Department, inspected Guizhou Tyre Factory.

On September 17, Guizhou Tyre Factory produced the first semi-steel radial tire.

On September 21, 1993, the first batch of 650R16 semi-steel radial tires was produced. The completion of the project and the development and production of semi-steel radial tires not only filled the gap in the tire production of Guizhou Tyre Factory, but also built up and trained a team for the technical upgrading of radial tires and the development of radial tire products.

In December 1993, the fill-up & technical upgrading project of the high-quality lightweight equipment for nylon bias tires was completed and put into production, and the tire production capacity of Guizhou Tyre Factory reached 1.2 million sets/year.

On January 28, Guizhou Tyre Factory held the Third Session of the Eleventh Congress of Workers and Staff, and Director Ma Shichun gave a work report titled "Converse the Mechanism, Optimize the Management, Revitalize the Enterprise with Science and Technology, and Make All Efforts to Enhance the Vitality of the Enterprise".

In February, the tire of "Advance" brand was applied for its special quality liability insurance to the Guiyang Branch of the People's Insurance Company of China.

On March 16, Guiyang Customs approved the establishment of a customs bonded warehouse in Guizhou Tyre Factory with the “ZGKZ [92] No. 17” Document.

In May, the Ministry of Chemical Industry announced the results of the second quality ranking of the first batch of truck tires and car bias tires, the 9.00-20 truck tire of "Advance" brand produced by Guizhou Tyre Factory was awarded the title of "Grade A Product" again.

In October, Guizhou Tyre Factory entered the rank of National Top 500 Largest Industrial Enterprises and Top 50 Enterprises in the Industry in 1992 that was announced by the National Bureau of Statistics and other departments.

On November 25, the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade of People Republic of China approved Guizhou Tyre Factory to operate the import and export business with the "[1992] WJMGTHZ No. 1274" Document.

On November 25, Guizhou Tyre Factory signed a contract with Guiyang Jinguan Industrial Corporation to establish Guizhou Advance Rubber Inner Tube Company.

On December 30, the tire production of Guizhou Tyre Factory exceeded 600,000 sets, and the total amount of glue consumed in the whole year reached 14,000 tons. The first ten-year plan was basically completed three years ahead of schedule.

On February 22, the Ministry of Chemical Industry named Guizhou Tyre Factory as "Level 1 Company of Chemical Equipment Management" with the “[91] HSZ No. 89” Document.

In March, Guizhou Tyre Factory was awarded the title of “Dual-Increases & Dual-Reductions Advanced Enterprise in Guizhou Province in 1990".

In April, the Provincial Economic Committee awarded Guizhou Tyre Factory the Gold Sail Award of the First Excellent Enterprises under Law-Based Governance.

On April 13, the product upgrade inspection team of the Ministry of Chemical Industry came to Guizhou Tyre Factory to conduct a comprehensive quality inspection on the products of the two specifications of 9.00-20 truck tire (applied for Grade A upgrade) and 7.00-20 truck tire (applied for Grade B upgrade). The inspection results showed that both specifications passed the upgrade review, and the certificates were issued in May.

In May, the Ministry of Chemical Industry awarded Guizhou Tyre Factory the title of "Advanced Enterprise of Staff Education of Chemical Industry in the Seventh Five-Year Plan period.

On July 16, Chen Shineng, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, inspected the company accompanied by Tu Xingzhao, the Director of the Provincial Chemical Industry Department and Zhang Zhendong, the Deputy Director.

In August, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation awarded the company the title of “Self-operated Import & Export Advanced Enterprise”.

On August 28, the board of directors of Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. announced its 1996 Interim Results Report in China Securities Journal and Securities Times. The report disclosed that in order to expand the scope of business and operation, the company invested RMB 7 million to establish Shenzhen Zhuyin Investment Development Co., Ltd., and acquired Guizhou Tyre Import & Export Company with the approval of the State-owned Assets Management Office in Guiyang City.

On September 12, the internal employee shares of the company were listed.

In October, the State Economic and Trade Commission and the Ministry of Chemical Industry approved the company as one of the 500 enterprises under national major support.

On October 14, Li Shizhong, the Vice Minister of the Ministry of Chemical Industry, inspected the company, accompanied by Zhao Zongzhe, the Deputy Mayor of Guiyang City, and the Director of the Provincial Chemical Industry Department.

In December, the Municipal Government awarded the "Second Prize of the Excellent Technical Upgrading Project in 1995" respectively to the fill-up & technical upgrading project of the high-quality lightweight for nylon bias tires, the technical upgrading project of autoclave bladder curing, and the technical upgrading project of light truck tire test workshop of the company.

In the same year, the Ministry of Chemical Industry awarded Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. the title of “Advanced Enterprise of Chemical Opening-up”.

On February 10, Huang Gege, the Party Committee Secretary, He Yuping, the General Manager, and Pu Xiaobo, the Deputy Secretary, went to Sanhe Village, Xifeng County for condolence to poor households.

In February, Liao Chengchen, the electrician of Power Branch and the National Model Worker, was elected as a deputy to the 13th National People's Congress.

On March 13, Zhang Yanyan, the Deputy Director of the General Office of All-China Federation of Trade Union, went to the Company for investigation.

On April 2, Chen Yiqin, the Governor of Guizhou Province, went to the Company for work inspection and guidance, accompanied by Chen Yan, the Mayor of Guiyang City. Huang Gege, the Secretary of the Company's Party Committee and He Yuping, the General Manager also visited the production site of the Company. As required by Governor Chen, firstly, as the first enterprise to go out of the province and also the project contracted under the witness of General Secretary Xi and Secretary Sun Zhigang, we should attach great importance to it and did everything possible to speed up the progress of the project with high quality and the manufacturing level in China; secondly, in accordance with the requirements of Secretary Sun Zhigang of "Transformation and Upgrading, Significant Repositioning, World First Class", we should accelerate the progress of two intelligent transformation and upgrading projects in Zhazuo; thirdly, Guizhou Tyre realized a simultaneous growth of 15% in production and sales revenue in the first quarter of 2018 through structural adjustment, technological innovation and management efficiency improvement, which was extremely difficult. Governor Chen encouraged the Company to look at the global market, transform its business methods, and take the road of high quality to promote the high-quality development of the Company with quality, efficiency and innovation.

On April 15, the Vietnam Project Promotion of Guizhou Tyre was held in Tien Giang, Vietnam. Wei Xichen, the Counselor of the Chinese Consulate General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Chen Yan, the Mayor of Guiyang City, and Weng Mingzhao, the Chairman of Vietnam Long Jiang Industrial Park Development Co., Ltd., and General Manager Yu Suo attended the Promotion.

On April 23, Guizhou Advance Tyre Investment Co., Ltd., the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, was established with a registered capital of RMB 500 million. As an investment entity, Advance Tyre Company would implement a project with annual production of 1.2 million all-steel radial tires in Vietnam.

From May 7 to 10, the Company passed the qualification review for weapons and equipment manufacturer and the qualification examination of "TWO CERTIFICATE IN ONE" of the military standard quality system.

On May 16, the tire of the Company was awarded the "Certificate of Low Carbon Product" issued by China Quality Certification Center.

On May 26, the OTR radial tire production information management system of the Company participated in the China International Big Data Expo in Guiyang in 2018.

On May 31, the "2018 Tire Branch Membership Conference and Technology Forum" hosted by the Tyre Branch of China Rubber Industry Association and Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. was held in Guiyang.

In May, the Company ranked 20th among the national machinery manufacturing enterprises with a brand value of RMB 1.38 billion.

On June 11, Zhao Deming, the Secretary of the Guiyang Municipal Party Committee, went to the Company for work inspection.

On June 13, Phạm Anh Tuấn, the Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province, Vietnam, led a delegation from Tien Giang to visit the Company. Huang Gege, the Secretary of the Company's Party Committee, introduced the basic situation of the Company to the delegation. Chairman Ma Shichun expressed warm welcome to the delegation on behalf of all employees of the Company and introduced the construction, production and development of Zhazuo base to the delegation. The delegation also watched the Tire Entity Exhibition and the Promo Video of Guizhou Tyre.

On June 13, the Company passed the certification audit of the quality environmental management system of China Quality Certification Center (CQC).

On July 19, the Company passed the certification for Class III confidentiality qualification of the provincial confidentiality qualification expert group.

On August 10, the Company held the "Agricultural Radial Tire Promotion" jointly with Hongxinglong Bureau of Heilongjiang Farms & Land Reclamation Administration.

On August 10, four rubber companies such as Guizhou Tyre were shortlisted for the 404 State-owned Enterprises of "Dual-100" Activity organized by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission ("Dual-100" referred to 100 subsidiaries of central enterprises and 100 local state-owned enterprises).

In August, the Company carried out the activities themed by “Celebrate the Company Anniversary, Follow Your Heart and Show Your Talent”, and extensively collected various related works.

From August 20 to 24, the Company passed the China Compulsory Certification (CCC) of Beijing Zhonghua Combination Certification Co., Ltd.

On September 1, due to the better market conditions, totally 20 vulcanizers which were shut down for 791 days of Samson Company was put back on production gradually, and 314# vulcanizer produced the first tire at pm5:08.

On September 20, the list of “Guizhou Top 100 Enterprises in 2018” was released, and Guizhou Tyre ranked 31st.

On February 22, the U.S. International Trade Commission voted on the final ruling of anti-dumping and countervailing case for Chinese truck and passenger car tires. The 3:2-result concluded that the truck and passenger car tires exported from China to the United States did not cause substantial damage and threat to the U.S. industry. The Chinese tire manufacturers won the anti-dumping and countervailing case.

On March 4, the Company held the Eleventh session of the Fourteenth Congress of Workers and Staff. General Manager He Yuping made a speech entitled "Take Sales as the Main Battlefield, Comprehensively Improve Labor Productivity and Product Manufacturing Quality, and Strive to Help the Company Eliminate Losses".

At the end of March, the tires produced by the Company participated in the 2017 International Tyre Exhibition in Singapore.

On April 2, Guizhou Tyre's Industrial Information Integration Project Themed by "Thousands Enterprises are in Reform with One Strategy for One Enterprise" was officially launched in Guiyang City. Guizhou YottaCloud Technologies Co., Ltd., as a strategic partner, and Beijing Dingli Xin’an Technology Co., Ltd., as the project implementer, participated in the project kick-off meeting.

On April 14, the Company won the first “Mayor Quality Award” in Guiyang City.

In May, the Company announced that it would invest RMB 1.67 billion to construct a factory with an annual production of 1,200,000 all-steel radial tires in Long Jiang Industrial Park, Tien Giang Province, Vietnam.

On June 15, China's tire label grading standard was officially issued. Ten products of Guizhou Tyre were granted the green tire label in the first batch, ranking the first in the industry.

From June 26 to 27, the Company passed the on-site audit of the quality environment of China Quality Certification Center (CQC).

On July 30, at the military parade of the 90th anniversary of the founding of the PLA held in Zhurihe Base, a number of armament formations were equipped with Guizhou tires. The Company successfully completed the task of equipment support for military parade.

On October 27, the company leaders, including Ma Shichun, Huang Gege, He Yuping, Tang Guoping, Xiong Chaoyang, Pu Xiaobo, Wang Hai, Zhou Zhijun, visited Sanhe Village, Jiuzhuang Town, Xifeng County and discussed how to develop the localized industries to achieve the goal of poverty alleviation with the leaders of the village committee.

On November 12, the agreement on the 1,200,000 million all-steel radial tire project that was constructed in Vietnam with the investment of the Company was signed in Hanoi under the witness of Xi Jinping, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of China, and Nguyễn Phú Trọng, the General Secretary of the Communist Party of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
