STRENGTH OVERVIEW

"Advance" tire, the main brand of Guizhou Tyre, accounts for 60% of the total sales of the domestic market, and 40% of the total sales of the international market. Guizhou Tyre has established branches, offices or agents in more than 70 countries around the world. In 2015, the sales revenue reached RMB 4.7 billion, ranking 31st in the global tire companies.

TECHNICAL LEVEL

With several times of major technical upgrading, the main equipment and production conditions of Guizhou Tyre have reached the domestic advanced level and the contemporaneous level abroad. In particular, the product structure, technical level and tooling equipment of Guizhou Tyre have been improved to the advanced level in the domestic industry by the "technical upgrading project of 30,000 tubeless OTR tires", the "technical upgrading project with annual production of 30,000 sets of truck radial tires" and the subsequent expansion project in Phase 4, and the "the technical upgrading project of annual production of 1.1 million sets of high-performance all-steel radial tires".

ADVANCE INDUSTRIAL PARK

Since 2012, Guizhou Tyre has invested RMB 7 billion in Zhazuo Industrial Zone, 40 kilometers away from Guiyang, and planed to build a new “Advance Industrial Park” in five phases. At present, the project (Phase 1) of all-steel OTR radial tires with an investment of RMB 2.4 billion has been completed and put into production. The special tire project (Phase 2) was completed in 2016 and it is the largest special tire production base with the most advanced technologies.

GUIZHOU TYRE ALSO HAS THE LARGE-SCALE NON-ROAD TIRE PRODUCTION AND EXPORT BASE IN CHINA.

In recent years, Guizhou Tyre has achieved rapid and steady development. Under the circumstance of short supply of the non-road tires and all-steel truck radial tires with high quality and preferential prices of Guizhou Tyre which apply to the field of engineering, mine, port, yard and military, Guizhou Tyre will continue to promote the product structure adjustment, further improve product cost performance, and give impetus to the later technical upgrading and expansion of the all-steel truck radial tire. Through multi-phase construction, Guizhou Tyre has formed an annual production capacity of 4.5 million sets of all-steel truck radial tires by 2014. Guizhou Tyre is also a large-scale non-road tire production and export base in China.

Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. has strong technical force, and has a national-level technical center, post-doctoral scientific research center, and provincial-level green high-performance tire engineering research center.
The tire products of "Advance" brand of Guizhou Tyre have been rated as "Guizhou Famous-Brand Product" and "China's Top Ten Tire National Brands" for many times. "Advance" all-steel radial tire has successively won the title of "Famous-Brand Products in China".
Guizhou Tyre has been equipped with modern testing means and established complete quality assurance system and metrology testing system. It has passed the certifications of ISO9001 quality management system, GJB9001 weapons and equipment quality management system, TS16949 automotive industry quality management system, ISO14000 environmental management system, measurement management system, GB/T17025 laboratory accreditation system, and confidentiality qualification. In addition, the products of Guizhou Tyre have also passed the China Compulsion Certification (CCC), the Safety Mark Certification of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), the E-mark Certification of the European Community, the Certification of the Standard National Indonesia (SIN), the Certification of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the Certification of the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), and the Certification of the National Institute of Metrology, Quality and Technology (INMETRO).

TECHNICAL STRENGTH

The Technical Center of Guizhou Tyre Co., Ltd. is one of the first national enterprise technical centers approved by the government. It has a team of intermediate and senior technical personnel specializing in tire development and research. All development processes are completed by CAD and CAE. Guizhou Tyre has been awarded as a state-level advanced and demonstration enterprise of CAD technology, a demonstration enterprise of application of information science and technology engineering in manufacturing industry, and an advanced and demonstration enterprise of CAD technology in Guizhou Province. Meanwhile, Guizhou Tyre has paid great attention to the development and utilization of new technologies. In recent years, it has successively established technical cooperation with many famous universities such as Tsinghua University, Harbin Institute of Technology, South China University of Technology, Sichuan University, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Wuhan University of Technology, Guizhou University, Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, to extensively conduct topic researches covering new materials, new processes, advanced analytical technologies, digital simulation and personnel training. The Technical Center has completed dozens of technological progress projects every year, and developed hundreds of new products to maintain the technical level of Guizhou Tyre at the advanced level in China.

EQUIPMENT & INSTRUMENTS

The laboratory of the Technical Center passed the ISO/IEC17025 national laboratory certification in 2010, and passed the review in 2012 and 2014. The laboratory is composed of chemical lab, physical lab and finished product lab, and equipped with a large number of domestic unique and leading testing equipment, such as OTR tire durability testing machine, test-oriented 4L internal mixer, DMA/DSC differential scanning calorimeter, tire general-purpose tester, rolling resistance tester, rotorless sulfur analyzer, etc.
