Recently, the Company organized a special training to study the spirit and five major development concepts of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee.

The special training was to implement the Notice of the Organizational Department of the CPC Central Committee on Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee and Conducting the Training on Five Major Development Concepts and the Notice of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guiyang Municipality on Special Training for Studying and Implementing the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee, Important Speech of General Secretary Xi Jinping in Visit to Guizhou, the Sixth Plenary Session of the Eleventh Provincial Party Committee and the Fifth Plenary Session of the Ninth Municipal Party Committee, with rich content and clear theme. Wang Xue, the head of the Lecturer Team of Guiyang Municipal Party Committee, was invited to make a speed titled ""Implement New Ideas and Realize New Development" to deeply analyze the laws governing the development of the economic society under the "new normal".

It was known that this special training aimed to enable all middle-level cadres of the Company to correctly grasp the core essentials and practical requirements of the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth CPC Central Committee, deeply understand the five major development concepts of "Innovation, Harmonization, Green, Openness and Sharing", promote the leaders at two levels to firmly establish and consciously practice the five major development concepts, effectively enhance the ideological and action consciousness on the implementation of the decisions and arrangements of the central, provincial and municipal departments, and realize the goal of consistent understanding, political concentricity, ideological unity, and action synchronization. At the same time, the special training was also a “warm-up” of “party members should develop a good understanding of the Party Constitution, Party regulations, and General Secretary Xi Jinping's major policy addresses and live up to Party standards”. The party committee of the Company hoped that all party branches and branch offices would organize the study and discussion on the five major development concepts in combination with the concentrated learning and reading activities of the middle-level cadres, establish a theoretical learning platform for party members and cadres through learning, exchange, seminars and other activities, and make party members and cadres develop good habits to learn and apply theories.

Therefore, the new development concepts could be better implemented into all work.
